Doing the work I do I have learned what it is that my clients do that get ahead financially, and what it is that my clients do that go bankrupt.

As a result, I thought I would give you my absolute worst financial advice.

This way you can know what NOT to do.

Here is the list:

  1. Don?t save 30% of your income, and rather spend 100% of your income on living expenses.
  2. Buy the most expensive property possible with the bank?s home loan.
  3. Only Buy brand-new cars out of the box.
  4. Open a credit card and an overdraft facility, and then use these accounts for emergencies.
  5. Don?t invest money now, because later in life things will get better and you can catch up on missed savings.
  6. Don?t pay off debt early.
  7. Don?t insure your assets or health.
  8. Don?t have a Will and Testament, so that the government can settle your estate for you.
  9. Sell your assets to pay off debts.
  10. Spend the principal of your investments and not just the interest.

I truly hope this is the worst financial advice I have ever given you!

Here is what my cat thinks about this:
